These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Veroo service provided by Veroo ("Veroo," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Veroo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the service

Veroo is an AI-powered life management assistant. It helps users organize information through conversation, topic-based spaces, and structured Live Docs that are updated over time.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to access some or all features of Veroo. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activities that occur under your account.

3. Free and paid plans

Veroo currently offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription.

• Free accounts may create up to 2 topics
• Paid plans increase limits and provide additional usage capacity
• Current pricing is listed publicly on our Pricing page

4. Billing and renewals

• Pro is currently offered at $9.99 per month or $95.88 per year
• Subscriptions renew automatically on their billing cycle unless canceled before renewal
• You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of the active paid period

5. Refunds

Refunds are not automatic. Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy. That policy explains first-purchase refunds, billing error handling, non-refundable cases, and how to request a review.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or account restrictions
• Use Veroo to distribute malicious code, spam, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the service

7. AI-generated output

Veroo uses AI models to process conversations and generate structured content. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying important information before relying on it.

8. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Veroo. We do not claim ownership over your topics, conversations, or Live Docs.

9. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and the service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or updates.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using Veroo at any time and may delete your account through the product settings when that option is available.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
